Lite Edition created to help smaller SUs with up to 150 groups

We want every SU team to be able to benefit from our Student Expense solution - and so that is why we are pleased to announce the launch of our "Lite Edition".
Comprising our entire solution, the Lite Edition provides a 35% discount to our standard pricing - and is designed for smaller SUs that manage up to 150 active groups. Our tiered pricing is still based upon the transactions created, but Lite users get a 35% discount.
From working with our larger SUs, we saw the huge benefit our solution provided to SU finance teams. By removing manual paperwork and having real-time integrations to their accounting platform - both students and management teams were benefiting.
From discussing solutions with both large and small SUs, we could see a gap for a Lite Edition, where the number of groups managed was less than 150. To allow smaller SUs to benefit from our technology, we developed our "Lite Edition" licence in January 2026.
Providing everything that the large SUs rely on, our goal with Lite is to be able to help any SU team become more efficient - irrespective of the number of clubs they manage. With our Lite Edition, we are pleased that smaller SUs can now also benefit from our technology.
