Expenditure report now lets clubs review their prior year activity

Real-time financial reporting has always been a key differentiator for SU's using our apps. With live links to leading accounting systems, our reports provide group President and Treasurer teams with full expenditure analysis - on any device, at any time.
Historically, running our income and expenditure report, management had up to date activity details for the current student year. Prior year group balances (optionally carried forward) were shown as a brought-forward for completeness.
Although providing clarity, there were often requirements to look back in to the prior year - for enquiries, or to review the past teams activity. To remedy this, we decided to expand our report options to allow previous year analysis, as well as the current.
Our report options are typically made available to Presidents, Treasurers and approvers.
Available on any device, at any time - and, always up to date.
Report: Income and Expenditure Report
If user permission allows, an app user can run an Income and Expenditure report for any group, or sub-group they are responsible for. Providing visibility on claimants, expenditure, detail and amounts, it provides all you need to make informed decisions on approval.
Output wise, you can choose from PDF, Excel or CSV.

Report: Group Balances Report
Where management are responsible for a number of groups (e.g. SU Finance team, or complex clubs), we also provide a simple group balances report . Providing an easily consumed summary (cash in/cash out) of often over 300+ groups, this report can save hours of management time. - imagine; a complete SU overview, on any device, at any time 😉

Remember that Student Expenses uses live reporting of all activity that happens in your accounting system. This means that SU management can keep a close eye on every aspect of club finances - including orders, invoices, bar-sales, web-sales and any manual journal adjustments.
Live reporting is available on any device, at any time; including at point of approval.
